it's an anomaly in the year
when most other months have 30 or 31
february is just there

but every four years it's special
'cause february gets one more
so it's almost the same as other months
but not quite the same 'cause they still have more
but at least february can feel a bit larger

and we all know that february wants to be
feeling just fine

so celebrate february and this extra day a year
because it only happens every four years
and because most animals only have two ears
and we know that we can't have a lot of fun
but it's that extra day of the year
